Description
I came on board in the early days of my Aon's design team when we had a few bare-bones standards to work off of. I built upon these, solidifying our visual language and documenting the guidelines in order to create a consistent reference for designers & developers across the company.

Major updates I've been in charge of include adding the data visualization guidelines, and a recent overhaul to incorporate brand updates. Today I manage the component library and site, planning updates and overseeing production design.
